Onyoin Moses
Was the Human Resources Manager as well as leader of the Programme Performance Monitoring Team, and Member of the Programme Management Team. He Joined the Refugee Law Project in April 2012. Prior to joining RLP, he was engaged in both the private sector and in academia, where he served as Human Resources Manager and as a Lecturer respectively. His core mandate is to steer the development and implementation of the human resources management best practices by ensuring that the organization is adequately staffed with the right quality and quantity of personnel. He is also mandated to streamline work flow processes by strengthening institutional policies, systems, procedures.
Moses also engages in academic research in the area of labour and employment particularly from the civil society context. He is currently studying the linkages between temporary employment and Citizenship behaviours in Non-profits. He holds Master Degree in Business Administration specializing in Human Resources, a postgraduate Diploma in Microfinance Finance Operations Management, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management.
