Moses Alfred Nsubuga
Ag. Programme Manager - M4SC - Moses is an Information, Communication and Technology (ICT) professional with 11 years’ experience working in the ICT field. 

In his role, Moses is tasked with providing strategic, technical and administrative leadership for the Programme coupled with supervision and development of the programme staff as well as to the organization as a whole on the use of media to bring about social change. This role is coupled with the overall management of the ICT aspects of the organization.

Moses is passionate about ICT and has, over the years, facilitated in internal capacity building sessions on the use of and new trends in ICT for RLP staff. He has also facilitated sessions on the use of media in advocacy to both RLP staff as well as stakeholders like newly recruited Immigration Officers.
