Staff the RLP are administratively split across four sections:

Administrative Staff
Dr. Chris Dolan
Director – After a three month transition period, Chris took over the reins from Zachary Lomo in August 2006. With a background in issues of forced migration and conflict, he now has the ambitious task of transforming the RLP from a project into a fully-fledged institute and leader on justice and forced migration issues in East Africa and beyond.
Eyokia Ozia Vicky
Receptionist – Vicky has worked tirelessly, initially as a volunteer in October 2005 then full-time a year later, on the RLP's front line in managing the clients who come to our office. Setting up appointments, coordinating all the hectic schedules of the legal officers, counsellors, and the director, while keeping her smile, Vicky is one of the most important members of our staff.
Steven Jjuuko
Logistician – Our newest member of the team coming in July 2006, but already an integral part of the RLP, Steven has been a steady driver and helping the rest of us get around and keep our busy schedules. He was formerly working at Makerere University.
Leonard Mukiibi
Office Assistant – Mukiibi has served RLP since the beginning as a volunteer in 2000, and joined full-time in November 2001. He has been invaluable in providing logistic support to all the departments, as well as the maintenance and safe-keeping of office equipment, generators, and anything that needs repair!
Fred Ssekandi
Logistician – Affectionately known as "Speaker", Fred joined us in January 2005 when RLP expanded its vehicle fleet. He has since taken part in field trips to Adjumani, Apac, Lira, Arua, and Pader. His experience has proven invaluable in traversing some tricky areas, particularly Apac in the rainy season, or those barely maintained roads in Pader.
Grace Nakulira
Accounts Officer – Grace has kept stock of everything at RLP from fuel to furniture, since January 2004. As part of the finance department, she is responsible for monitoring the budgets, salaries, expenses, requisitions and everything else in between.
