Winifred Agabo
Senior Education & Training Officer – Having joined RLP in 2000 and as head of the Education & Training Department, Winnie has organised and taught courses on Refugee Law, Human Rights and other related issues concerning forced displacement. She has also conducted extensive field research in West Nile and was recently away completing her M.A. in Forced Migration at the University of Witwatersrand in South Africa.
